Breathwork for the Soul is a profound breathwork method that opens the gateway to the subconscious, where unprocessed traumas, repressed emotions, and events are released during a powerful breathing session. During a session, you are guided through a process of seven breathing techniques that creates a combination and interplay between thoughts, feelings, emotions, and experiences. This breathwork can sometimes be experienced as a kind of trance, where you immerse yourself deeply in your own inner world. These seven breathing techniques are a transformative journey inward, connecting you with the core of your beliefs and experiences accumulated throughout your life. The power of Breathwork for the Soul lies in its ability to access deep-seated memories and emotions deep within the subconscious, including events from early childhood that you may not consciously recall. These experiences can also originate from past lives or have been passed down through generations. However, the body does remember these events and emotions and holds them in its tissue (the fascia). The Breathwork for the Soul method involves a guided breathing session paired with (meditative) music. As you breathe, you open the door to your subconscious, where you have the opportunity to release or reset stored emotions and traumas. The breath helps you travel deep within yourself and communicate with your body and subconscious in a new and liberating way. The session brings you into a deep meditative state where you become more connected to yourself and your body. This stimulates a healing process, allowing anything that surfaces to be safely released in a way that suits you. After the session, you can expect to feel more grounded in your body, your anxiety and depression may be reduced, and you will experience a general sense of relaxation and tranquility. The power of breathing as a tool is unparalleled. It takes you to the core of deep-seated tensions, traumas, blockages, patterns, and thoughts. Practical


A Breathwork for the Soul session typically lasts between 3 and 4 hours. The session takes place in a comfortable practice space in the Dordrecht/Rotterdam area. Alternatively, it can be held at your home; we'll discuss this in consultation. Simply register using one of the forms below to schedule an appointment or receive information. After registering, you'll receive an email confirmation and an intake form. Please complete this form in as much detail as possible so I can get a clearer understanding of your situation. Who am I? I'm Bahanur, 41 years old, and in my daily life I'm an IT specialist and fitness coach. My passions are motorcycling, traveling, photography, and filming. But more than that, I'm someone who's constantly seeking challenges and ways to discover the deeper meaning of life and improve myself. My path led me to Trauma Release Breathwork, an experience that had such an impact on me that I decided to take action. After my training with Inner-Journey, it became my mission to connect others with Breathwork and thus contribute to the community.


For me, it's not just about breathing; it's about changing lives. I've personally experienced how breathing techniques have helped me heal from trauma, anxiety, and stress.


That's why my mission is to create a safe space where you too can explore the depths of your breath and embrace its healing power.


My approach is both holistic and personalized. I believe in the power of connection and will support you on your journey to recovery. Together, we'll work on releasing deep-seated trauma, untangling emotions, and finding inner peace.
