Wat is Breathwork?

Breathwork is currently gaining popularity, but it's not new. People have been practicing breathwork for thousands of years, and it has roots in yoga, Ayurveda, and traditional Chinese medicine. Ademwerk Journey

Using various breathing techniques, including TRB® (Trauma Release Breathwork), you gain access to the subconscious. During these powerful breathing sessions, you attempt to release unprocessed traumas and repressed emotions. The power of Breathwork lies in its ability to access deep-seated memories and emotions deep within the subconscious, including events from your early childhood that you may not consciously recall. These experiences can also originate from past lives or have been passed down through generations. However, the body does remember these events and emotions and holds them in its tissue (the fascia). The Breathwork Journey includes a guided breathing session combined with (meditative) music.
